In the roll forming process, there are no strict limits on profile length. Thanks to our technology, we can produce elements of various lengths.
In actual practice, we usually supply profiles whose length ranges from 200 to 6000 mm, but other variants are also available, depending on the requirements of the project and logistic capabilities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

To manufacture a new profile, we need to design and make dedicated forming rollers, which involves a considerable amount of time and cost.
That is why the expected minimum volume for new profiles is approximately 100,000 metres a year. This makes the implementation process reasonable and economically feasible both for the client and the manufacturer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
